Who you’ll live with
The process is as easy as 1-2-3…
First: REGISTER your interest, tell us a little about yourself and why you want to join our Nomad Community. Based on your responses, we will work hard to ensure that we only place people with similar interests in the same villa. While the process might not be perfect and no amount of pre-planning can guarantee perfect personality profiles and matches - we guarantee to do our best.
Second: VIDEO CALL - we will set up a call with you to discuss your registration and any requirements you may have so we are in the best position to place you
Third: CONFIRM - the experience of a lifetime. Choose between Antigua, Barbados & St Lucia. Pay for membership, flights and your Nomad Villa accommodation
Packages & Pricing
Each villa comes fully furnished, equipped for a full home away from home stay and includes all bills, maintenance, WIFI, once a week housekeeper and cable TV. Minimum stay is 3 months. You will be furnished with full details of your accommodation before final confirmation.

Our pricing structure ensures that we are generally cheaper than a high-end Hotel or AirBnB but slightly more expensive than if you found yourself a long term let of 6 months or more. Our service is designed to take away the headache of trying to arrange everything remotely by yourself and our pricing reflects that. In addition to all the membership benefits available for members, you will have a local expert assisting you. All our properties are of the same or similar standard and would be classed as 3*** or above irrespective of the category or size they may fall under.
