Our pricing structure ensures that we are generally cheaper than a high-end Hotel or AirBnB but slightly more expensive than if you found yourself a long term let of 6 months or more. Our service is designed to take away the headache of trying to arrange everything remotely by yourself and our pricing reflects that. In addition to all the membership benefits available for members, you will have a local expert assisting you. All our properties are of the same or similar standard and would be classed as 3*** or above irrespective of the category or size they may fall under.

**Pricing is affected by seasonality but generally starts from US$1750 per month for an inland 1bed 1bath and up to about $10k a month for a beach front 5bed 5bath near the beach inclusive of all bills, maintenance and a weekly housekeeper based on your property category and size selection**

Peak Season generally runs from November - April and low season from May - October

The steps are simple enough:

STEP 1: Select a property category
There are 4 property categories:

ISLAND
Live amongst locals in the middle of the island. If you really want to get a taste of island life - this is the best and cheapest option. 
 

OCEAN VIEW
Properties with ocean views tend to be located in expat communities. These properties will have people from all over the world who live on the island more long term. You wont be too far away from the beach, just not on it. Properties in this category are moderately priced. 
 

BEACH / OCEAN FRONT
Properties in this category are generally either within a minute to two from the beach or on it - literally. As a result they tend to be the most expensive of the options
