Travel requirements for entering Antigua
All arriving passengers by air must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR (real time polymerase chain reaction) test for SARS-CoV-2 using a nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swab taken within four (4) days of their flight. (This includes transiting passengers). Children below the age of 5 years, entering Antigua, DO NOT REQUIRE a COVID -19 RT-PCR test. Passengers are also requied to have at least one dose of an approved Covid vaccination.
What forms do I need to complete?
Presently, all arriving passengers or the head of a family will need to complete a health declaration form issued on your flight, to be shared with Port Health Authorities.
United States nationals require a valid passport. A visa is not required for a period of 180 days, with extension of stay possible.
UK nationals require a valid passport. A visa is not required - the duration of permitted stay will be determined by immigration on arrival.
Canadians require a valid passport. A visa is not required for nationals of Canada for a maximum of 180 days with the possibility of an extension of stay.
Australians require a valid passport. A visa is not required for nationals of Australia for a period of 180 days with the possibility of an extension of stay.
South African nationals must hold a valid passport. A visa is not required for nationals of South Africa for a period of 180 days with the possibility of an extension.
New Zealand nationals require a valid passport. A visa is not needed for a period of 180 days with the possibility of an extension of stay.
Irish nationals require a valid passport. A visa is not necessary for 180 days with the possibility of an extension of stay.
All nationalities must hold confirmed onward or return tickets and sufficient funds to cover their period of intended stay. Visas are generally not required for stays less than 180 days. Extensions are possible on visas. Proof of yellow fever vaccination is required for those arriving from risk areas.
